Wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in by anyone. I placed my order thru the mobile app and it took them almost 45 minutes to prepare the order.
Very disappointing experience. This KFC was out of original recipe chicken, out of plates for dine-in customers, and out of Mountain Dew. To make matters worse, the staff acted like they didn’t want to help when we asked for the items we needed to be able to eat our meal. Instead of enjoying our food in the restaurant, we ended up having to take everything to go. Poor preparation, poor customer service, and an overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on this visit.
Was there few days ago with my family. Ordered Extra crispy and after waiting an employee tells me that they don’t have any more crispy ( they had about 3 hours until close) and asked if we wanted original. Since we didn’t have any other option we had to say yes. When we got the food, it was awful not edible and I’m talking from chicken to sides to even the drinks. Placed a mobile order today @ this location. Not a large or complicated one, it was for 8 pcs of original chicken. I was working till 6 so I did a scheduled pick up for 6. Left work and got there @ 6:10 pm. Long story short finally got my 8pc of chicken @ 7 pm. If it would not have been for my 81yr old Mom who I told earlier in the day that I was getting it for her. I would not have waited. They offered nothing but a sorry for the wait!! Well I'm sorry for the order!! KFC do better!!
