Stay away from this place. I just spent $75 on food that was terrible—no flavor, and it tasted like it had been sitting for days and reheated multiple times.
I had to delete my prior post about this KFC. For years, their customer service sucked, but today Alessandra Marquez gave me hope. Her customer service was EXCELLENT! My chicken was fresh and hot, and the food was good. Kudos to you, Ms. Marquez, for restoring my faith in excellent customer service.
