The service is always dry and horrible. The employees are always aggravated and will serve old chicken or either the cook doesn’t fry the chicken properly. Do not use this location ! The entire staff including store manager needs to be replaced.

The chicken was just ok the gravy was nothing but water down a lot The one in Haines city is way better. This KFC sucks. So figured I would give this KFC another chance usually I go when KFC first opens up at 10 when I got inside I ordered 24 hot wings and usually I have to wait like 15 to 20 minutes which I'm fine with but they actually brought them right out they were not fresh at all I believe they gave me some from the day before.
