The food is not very good The service is great that atmosphere is okay
Ordered dinner tonight on the kiosk. Paid for the UPGRADED Pepsi with sweet vanilla cream. Handed empty cup. When asked about the sweet cream, was told they don’t have it. Yet… I paid EXTRA for it. No effort to refund or to make it right. Just a statement that they don’t have it. Also, paid for an extra sauce. No extra sauce. I believe this KFC is a joke and I highly recommend not frequenting this business and giving them any money or time.
Took over 25min from being in a not very long line to get my SIL food
Crystal waited on my husband and I tonight and she was very friendly, courteous and extremely pleasant. Best interaction and food ever at this location. You can tell her leadership is contagious and she loves her job and team members! Thanks Crystal!!!
