Chicken was flavorless. The gizzards were too salty. The raspberry tea mixed with lemonade was delicious.
Everytime I go here I can never get what I want they are always out of something. The food be cold and you have to reheat your food Everytime. This time it was the same thing so I got two two piece white because they didn't have any dark meat. You can tell the chicken was old, it was dry. We didn't get any napkins. This particular store do not honor coupons. I called multiple KFC’s in the area and those stores honored coupons. The night shift manager I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional.
Went to drive thru with mobile order, no ice in drink and lady had bad attitude and stuck her tongue out at me. Never going back again, this is second time had an issue with the lady in drive thru with attitude, no customer service skills whatsoever.
