Went in to pick up order... no employees visible from counter for several minutes, so as I wait cant help but notice greasy windows and door handles. Yuck. I waited, then 2 appeared mischievously from the back. Another customer entered, apparently did not receive complete order from drive thru... so they completed her order. Ordered through the app. Which good thing I did because no one’s really at the register. Manager (maybe) came from the back to see if I was helped. Seemed like just her, one in the drive through, one making food (hard to tell). But that’s what it seemed like. Was told 5 minutes for the sandwich to be cooked. Turned into 15. And got the order wrong. Loud music…no customer service.
I just had me the spicy chicken sandwich and she asked me if I wanted pickles? U KNW I WANT PICKLES!! Whoever is making them sandwiches a certified Champ!
