Came in the drive threw it took forever for them to take an order, gave me my drink and told me to wait 10-15 minutes for the meal, long story short the drinks waited to and were flat and ice melted… worst kfc I’ve been too hands down
I love the employees here! The manager max is my favorite! He is so kind and always doing his best! I really enjoy going through for the food but also for the employees(:
Discrimination! I waited at least 15 minutes to be attended. I tried getting the employee's attention, but she ignored me along with the party that was ahead of me. 2 Caucasian males arrived and were attended almost immediately. After they left, a different employee helped me out.
Ordered a sandwich online. I walked in and was acknowledged. I was the only one in the restaurant. Waited about 10 minutes and finally checked the app for my order status (should've checked earlier but I figured they would call it when the order was ready) and it was ready. Went to the counter and was ignored for about 4 minutes before someone gave me my sandwich with a side of attitude. The sandwich was soggy, drenched in mayo (and I like mayo), the bun was stale. Overall fail. I'll skip this location next time.
Worst KFC ever won't give proper container for will get yout order wring every time and take forever
