I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before closing. They did not have any French fries, which was deeply disappointing because I absolutely LOVE KFC’s fries!!! The staff member said the fry machine had already been turned off and cleaned. I suppose this was due to the owner or corporation refusing to give any overtime whatsoever, nor allowing adequate time to follow company procedures for cleaning, so employees have to shut down the machines early as much as possible so they don’t work one minute later than their sc... read more
For a KFC, it's everything I want.
They made me wait 20 min and when I got it it was wrong and missing my sides. But they never forget to charge you! Also fix your phones!!!! Ppl need to get a hold of you to let you know if you're mistakes! Ppl want to get paid more but yet their messing up now and more. Ugh.....
My original flavored tendors was old, hard, and dried as hell. I'm pretty sure it's a leftover from the previous unsold batch. The fries and biscuit were freshly made. I just got screwed by KFC for $13.73 combo. Never go back to KFC again. I'll wait to go to Dave Spicy Chicken instead.
