The least you can do when you forget someone’s food is answer the phone especially as it’s right at close I’m missing a sandwich this is theft
I’m genuinely surprised at how good the food was. It used to be my favorite fast food place growing up and then it kind of fell down here. This was the first time going to a KFC in about 10 years for me, and it was great! Extremely friendly staff, amazing deals in the app as well. Highly recommend going here, and especially use the app. You save quite a lot of money through their deals (recent deal was a free 8pc bucket [usually $22] for free with a purchase of $15.)
Drove 2 hours to get the 16 pcs family meal with 4 sides i should have looked before I left because 2 sides are missing spend $60 and wasted 2 hours of my time im so disappointed in this place never again will I go back
They forgot an item from my order. When I returned I had to wait over 20mins
