This KFC went through changes over the last years. If you gave it 1-3 stars, go back. It's better now. I went inside to order. Had a coupon, but the register wasn't working, manager came to check. It. Cashier went to the drive thru register instead of waiting and rang up my order. Staff was awesome. Fun to talk to while waiting. Food was fresh and hot. Try them again, it's running like it should.
I wasn't happy with my recent trip to KFC. I used to like going there, but the quality has gotten worse over time. Today, my mom and I decided to go through the drive through for a quick meal, hoping it would be good like it used to be. But, it didn't go well. When we got to the window to get our drinks, the person working there gave them to us, but they were sticky with pop dripping from them.
