If I could, I would leave zero stars. We dinned in, Put our order in at 9:06pm Lobby was empty and took over 30 minutes no food.While waiting there was other Uber eats and door dashers waiting for there orders for a good amount of time. Instead of making orders they were busy cleanung up, disinfecting the floors, moping and cleaning supplies all on the counters where the food was. Didn’t even get food because the guy at the drive thru was rude. I asked for a simple substitution of a side which I have received multiple times before and the dude just said “no” didn’t even try to find a solution to my situation or suggest other items on the menu. as a customer service worker I’m very disappointed and upset with my experience at this kfc.
More than Half of my $62 dollar order was missing and the manager Andrea refused to refund or replace my items, claiming that was impossible.
