This KFC can be very hit or miss, sometimes I wait 30 minutes for an online order I placed 30 minutes before I even got to the restaurant. Others the gravy is so watery I don't know how they manage to serve it. However the chicken has never been stale, and the food is generally yummy! I definitely recommend the pie poppers, they never go wrong with those!
Excellent service from the front staff. Young lady is a great representative
AVOID THE FRIES. They serve previously fried potatoes and sell them as fresh. They taste oversalted and the outer crust feels like rough cardboard due to the lack of moisture caused by being fried multiple times. Buy fries somewhere else. Chicken is still as expected from KFC.
Ordered bbq wings and got plain. Was told chicken was being made fresh, after waiting 15 minutes it didn’t look or taste that way.
