I got there and was rude at the get, on the microphone, I get to the window and my online order was cancelled. I asked that they recreate my other, and she called me and cheated me for my my order, and I paid. I got home (10 miles away), and I called them. They stated that i would have to drive back, if I want a refund, I have two drive back up there. This is unacceptable and I will not be back. For you, take caution and CHECK YOUR ORDER!!
This KFC has the best Chicken Breast Sandwiches I have ever eaten. They are so juicy and the' flavor' is so good compared to all other places that sell fried chicken in Lubbock. I don't like spicy food, but I got addicted to the orange-colored hot sauce you can order on top of the sandwiches. I always have a hard time deciding if I should take the Chicken Breast Sandwich or the Extra Crispy Chicken Breasts. The breasts are so juicy and flavorful too. Horrible! Make this short and sweet! Placed pick up order @ 8:21 Arrived to pick up order @ 8:56 Arrived home @ 9:15 - Discovered had someone else's order. Arrived back at KFC @ 9:35 to be told it was my fault for not checking the bag.Order remade and rude employee slid bag to me and said to check it this time. Was still missing my drink. Im really not the type to leave reviews, but I will never be ordering here again. I ordered a side of gravy with my meal, and the entire side spilled in the bag, causing it to be soggy, and bits of the soggy paper bag ended up in my food 🤢 all of my sides were improperly sealed, and the food is inedible. For what I paid, this is unacceptable, and the entire experience was way below average. Save your money and sanity and do not order from here
Food is straight FYAAA. The lady and I got full and got out for just over 20$. Clean store. Great place for late day lunch!
