The staff had an extremely poor attitude. We went in to order, and after they charged us and we paid for extra sauce they informed us they were out of the spicy ranch we'd ordered as well as the nacho cheese for the chips, then made absolutely no effort to offer an alternative or give our money back. I understand it's a small thing, but don't charge extra for sauce or let people order nacho cheese if you're out of those items.
Just horrible a waste of money.
My food was good, fresh and on time. Also my car battery died on me in the drive thru. The manager Roz, came out to assist me with my car and gave me a charger to help. She was extremely nice and helpful. Thank You.
The manager Roslyn had a very pleasant attitude, was extremely helpful and pointed me towards Tuesday eight piece special, saving me $$$. I highly recommend the Springfield KFC
