Waited 30 minutes to order in the drive through just for everything to have a wait. Asked for my order, then proceeded to talk to a co-worker for 10 minutes. Absolutely insane.
Rude manager, wrong order, no receipt. Really shamefully bad service and food.
I ordered from this KFC and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My food took almost an entire hour to be ready, and it wasn’t even a large order. When I asked about the delay, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of apologizing or offering any explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
