Customer service was terrible. Got my entire order wrong and had to wait 20 minutes for one famous bowl. I don’t recommend coming here… update, after waiting 20 mins my food was still cold when it got to me. I never had this bad of an experience ever going through fast food.
Just got KFC tonight, the lady through the intercom was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She practically yelled at us for just ordering and wouldn’t let us finish our order for only 2 items before cutting me off. Then proceeded to raise her voice and kept cutting me off. I’ve encountered many rude employees in drive thrus but none that warranted a review.
Don't go to this KFC if you are limited on time, I ended up spending my lunch in their parking lot waiting for my food, not to mention didn't ask what sauce I wanted or even handing me my drink just paid and then told to pull forward. . This is ridiculous.
Me and my wife just went to this location. I really wasn't expecting much, because all of the KFC in Macon doesn't put customer service first. But this location does. We went in and there were probably around 5 people in the dinning room waiting for their food. So I expected to wait 15+ minutes. But actually no. There was a lady apparently waiting for her order because she had regular clothes on shorts and shirt.
