Don't go to this KFC if you are limited on time, I ended up spending my lunch in their parking lot waiting for my food, not to mention didn't ask what sauce I wanted or even handing me my drink just paid and then told to pull forward. . This is ridiculous.
Me and my wife just went to this location. I really wasn't expecting much, because all of the KFC in Macon doesn't put customer service first. But this location does. We went in and there were probably around 5 people in the dinning room waiting for their food. So I expected to wait 15+ minutes. But actually no. There was a lady apparently waiting for her order because she had regular clothes on shorts and shirt. My food was Great the manager also the crew was nice .also the tea is so good I'm coming back every Tuesday
This is getting worse as the years go by. It never fails that they are out of pot pies and some other items. It seems universal. I live in Atlanta, Ga area, and we were in Hilton head SC, and we encountered the same issues. I was not surprised. I will be eating at this restaurant again anytime soon.
