I came in when the restaurant was empty but it took me over 20 minutes to receive my order. The employees were prioritizing the orders at the drive thru the orders cam after mine and were fulfilling their orders first. Overall employees were very slow. I asked about my order few times and they just told me to wait. Will not be coming back.
I ordered for delivery on Uber Eats. Attached are screenshots of what I ordered and then what I received. I ordered Original Recipe Legs and Thighs. I got Crispy Breasts and Original Recipe Wings. Also, I ordered an 8 pc bucket... I ONLY GOT 7 PIECES. Apparently, they either don't know how to read or don't care at all about fulfilling orders correctly. So disappointing. I don't eat white meat, so this completely ruined dinner for me. All I got back was $5 from Uber 🙄 I would give 0 stars if I could.
The kfc.in Hackensack is by far the worst one you drive up to drive thru the person can just about speak English and don't comprehend what you want .I order 2 4piece chicken with mashed potatoes telling her that's it she tells me it's a combo with drink .I don't ask for a combo order .I feel the people taking orders should be able to understand English and speak properly.not broken English .so I'm not coming back
