This store is extremely mismanaged and I hope the reviews help the owner realize this community deserves a store that is operationally run well. Until things improve I believe the only way to affect change is to take my business to the Bedford store which is only about ten minutes away.
PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS LICATION SUCH A DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!! There’s no one to asset you the drive through has a long wait line no one is moving tried to go I. The doors are locked like such a disaster what are they even doing ! There is no one at the counter the wait line outside getting longer!!! Am on my lunch break and this is frustrating!! Change management or simply CLOSE!!! Thank you
Order was wrong. Sandwiches were missing slaw . Ordered wedges got fries. Paid for sauce didn't get it. Chicken was hard and cold . Terrible experience
Been here 3 times, consistently bad experience. Last visit was 30 min wait for 3 tenders that was cold...
I know they have a lot of bad reviews, but the area doesn’t realize this location is understaffed. I went today for lunch and there are only 3 employees working a consistent line of cars. They had to lock the front doors because it was impossible to maintain the drive thru and indoor dining area. The employees who answered me at the intercom were efficient and courteous!
