If I could give this, no stars, I set in the drive-through for over 30 minutes with nowhere to go wasted my entire lunch for unknown reason. no one’s order was being taken. Everybody was just sitting in the line.
Slow service… I’m on a 30 minute break for work and didn’t get my food after 20 minutes. Worst KFC in the DFW.
Slowest service. No sense of customer service. Maybe they only had less employees. They can’t move efficiently drive through and walk ins. Otherwise chicken was nice and good deals.
The KFC drive-thru menu was not updated, and the staff was unprofessional when I inquired about an item that was incorrectly listed. Additionally, the lines at noon are incredibly slow. I recommend avoiding this location.
