Slowest service. No sense of customer service. Maybe they only had less employees. They can’t move efficiently drive through and walk ins. Otherwise chicken was nice and good deals.
The KFC drive-thru menu was not updated, and the staff was unprofessional when I inquired about an item that was incorrectly listed. Additionally, the lines at noon are incredibly slow. I recommend avoiding this location.
If you don't mind waiting an hour for chicken leg. The chicken's pretty good
Worst kfc in dallas. I've been here 6 months ago, terrible experience. I've been here today and I paid for wings and they told me they don't have them. Then tried to give me refund like 10 minutes. Worst kfc
Poor customer service! 4 people working and no one acknowledged me.
