Bad service! Asked for mashed potatoes they gave me mac and cheese. I asked for honey they didn't put that in the bag. Then when I was at the window I ask the girl can I add another order because it slipped my mind she told me I had to drive around. No one was behind me the drive thru was empty. I felt like she could of done it but chose not too.
I went there today at 3:19 to find out that none of the registers worked and they couldn't serve food this is second time this happened at this location generally is friendly staff with a great manager but post pandemic good Lord
We ordered the $20 fill up at the drive thru. When we asked for extra crispy they didn't have the wings. Not a big deal we can have 2 regular. At the window we asked for honey,they were out but offered butter. Fine,that will work. I get home with lunch to find that we have chicken in 1 bag,butter in the other and NO sides. I try calling for 30 minutes but could never get a answer. Message says that they have a mailbox not set-up. I am now going to drive back 20 mins for the principal of it to see what they will do to correct... read more
