The food was undercooked 04/05/25, they preferred to give me a refund rather than cook the chicken properly and sell it.
Workers don’t want to make food past 9 pm. They close lobby, wait out the clock standing around laughing at customers and saying there’s no food at all. 8 workers but no food? Open til 11pm mind you…
Made an online order 2 hours before the store closed, online told me that my order was ready for pick up. Get to the store and they tell me that they have absolutely nothing that was on my order ready and they already turned the ovens off. How does a restaurant turn off their ovens 2 hours before they close and then not inform me that none of my order would be cooked?? Also they could not refund my money, I had to call the 1800 number and now have to wait 72 hours for a refund. Drove 45 minutes to pick up food on my way home... read more
No one in restaurant...should have been the hint...Manager and employees are very rude. Food could be much better, but no one cares. I'm guessing 1 year this location will be closed!
