The place was very dirty. Nothing was filled. Had to ask for stuff. New kid at register and didn't know what to do. Got overcharged and had to call manager over to fix it. Soda machines were dirty and counter below it. Trash piled in bins. It was not pleasant.
Horrible, dry, seemed like 2 day old chicken and biscuit. Monday, March 2, 2026. Just picked up an order to go. I live 15 minutes away, each way. Honestly, the worst KFC ever. I have not had the best of luck at the Ludlow location however, this is by far the extreme. The biscuit was literally uneatable (hard as a rock, dry and burnt). And the chicken was the same. This location is trash. They mess up orders all the time, and after 6 PM they just ignore what you ask for and give you crispy anyway.
