Since when are slippers a work appropriate shoe? I've been servsafe certified when I was in the food industry. She was mad I took a picture and went to tell the manager. I do not care I was waiting for him to say something to me but nope he didn't. She also had only 1 sock on like seriously. Then I take my family order home and the containers are 1/2 full. Very dissatisfied.
The service was great. The employee came up and see if we were ready to order and we asked him few more minutes. He told us when your ready I will be right here. When we were ready, we called him. he was prompted to take our order. Our food came short after wards nice a hot. . I give this place a 5 star. Compare in jackson mi.
I placed an online order and came into the restaurant for pickup, but I was notified that they were behind and my order wasn't ready. There was certainly a crowd of people inside and in the drive-thru, so I understood. While waiting, I noticed that the employees, despite being under a lot of pressure, still maintained a cheerful atmosphere in the kitchen and were respectful to one another and to the customers. We ordered food from 2,000 miles away and one week ahead for an event we were attending in Byron Center, Mi. They had the order, remembered me from the phone order, and got the order perfectly complete and on time. Fantastic!
Came at 7:30 pm, chicken was fresh and tender. Potatoes were moist, and macaroni was yummy. Sometimes, it is hit or miss most places when you go to them after 7pm and get old dried out food that you need to bring back because you spent 50 dollars on a meal that was shit. But KFC done me right. Thanks.
