I know DoorDash is responsible for not getting the drink. But someone should have told him. Missing food items is store fault 3 piece 2 breast 1 wing and I paid for extra biscuit. No wing no biscuit no pop. That is sad for business

So we get KFC maybe 2 times a year. Its very expensive so its a treat. I ordered online, picked up myself and in my order I added 8 extra biscuits. Not only did I only get 6 and not the 8 I paid for but they were literally shoved into the bucket with the chicken instead of their own box. Only 2 were salvageable the rest were squished, broken or both and we didn't get butter or honey. I was also short 2 peices of chicken. Ordered through the app, the chicken I received was overcooked in dirty/old oil. I was offered a replacement but the multiple visible holding trays they were pulling from looked the same as my complaint. I asked for a refund instead and was rudely told I had to handle it in the app. BTW There is no customer service in the app, there's a "chat assistant/AI" that leads nowhere.
