10/12/2022 A shame that this very nice, modern KFC was found to be so filthy. My wife and I stopped over to eat and was mildly disgusted at the trash and dirt all throughout the dining area. We made mention to the folks behind the counter of some condiments that had been spilled on the floor posing a tripping hazard at the least; no-one took time to clean up during our meal even though they were not at all too busy. I only gave one star for service because I was ordering online for schedule pick up at 7pm, but somehow when I get there at 7, the guy said they are short of staff, it's going to be 30 minutes waiting. At 7.44pm, I went and asked again, and he said it would be ready at 8. I said I booked for 7 o'clock but he said it's 8 o'clock. It's my first time here, and probably it's going to be the last time as well.
Just sat in this drive thru for 40 minutes. Only 5 cars in line.
