My experience this evening at the KFC near East 61st St South and Garnett in Broken Arrow, Ok was marred by a complete lack of the concept of customer service, and by most food items (original recipe dark meat) being not available. Get that man a hearing aid, some common civility and a refresher course on how to provide the paying customer (1 what they ordered and 2) a cooperative attitude. He said he is the manager.
