Hard to give a review when they tell me it will take 15-20 minutes to prepare "fast food." Why are they even open? I drive througut the drive through and see FOUR employees... sitting at the booths, obviously not working. As someone who works late in the area, I can promise I will not be revisiting this franchise. Talking to the regional manager would help ease my burdens. I visited Saturday April 9th at 9:29pm Very disappointed for "fast food" quality food...
I got lunch in the drive-thru on Thursday March 16 around noon. The woman working the order system/window was unbelievably nice and efficient. I do not know her name but if every KFC had workers like this they would beat Chick-Fil-A.
