Service was slow inside.. there were multiple flies pestering everyone. The chicken was overcooked and we got original recipe biscuit was almost too hard to eat so much of that went to waste I had a Dr pepper from the soda fountain it was not very good. It was late in the evening and the sun was baking in the windows making it impossible to see the kiosk to order our food and while we dined at the table the sun was blinding anyone that was facing the West like they had no sunscreen or blinds... Terrible service. They take way too long with the orders, up to an hour and ten minutes for each one. Customers get angry and complain about their orders, and with good reason. It’s the same thing every single day.
KFC is KFC. Effortlessly great. Haha, just playing. But yeah Fulham KFC is one of few halal KFC's in London and it's a lovely place to go and eat but unfortunately don't have any seating inside for the time being.
The service is always great! I’ve had the same server at the drive through a few times. He’s always very friendly and efficient. I love the regular and spicy chicken sandwich. Best fries too!
