Since I've been in Kentucky for the past two months for a job assignment, I heard very good things about the KFC in Kentucky, especially in E-town. However, my delivery order was just terrible; they did NOT have extra crispy flavor even though I ordered it about an hour earlier, the delivery was way later than expected, and the quality of chicken pieces were just terrible, just terrible. Erica is a great employee!!! The drive thru employee messed up on my order(no big deal at all) I called the store to ask to correct my order and fix it! Erica went above and beyond! She was very polite and apologetic! She sincerely apologized for the mess up and fixed it immediately! (They were extremely busy and things happen, but Erica made sure that all her customers were given what they ordered plus some)! Tip for the guy with a beard working drive thru though!!
