Can't really rate food because they didn't have anything but some bone in chicken and a pot pie. Employees sitting around doing nothing. Gave me a thumbs up and said thank you as I left. Change your hours if your employees don't work past 10.
so i went at 945pm they close at 11pm..ordered a chicken sandwich and they had the fryers turned off?? what come on kfc do.better than this
I'm giving a 3 on food just because they are usually pretty good here. But really missed the mark this time. Wait 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to even take our order. When they finally come to.the speaker they proceed to give us excuses about why they cannot make our food. I get closing procedures but to have all fryers off an hour before close when essentially everything on your menu is fried. Cmom. I'll take my business next door... Arbys, definitely 5 of 5.
