Absolutely horrible experience, guy behind the counter didn't talk, but pointed to a piece of paper on the counter regarding A&W items, paper had no prices, just names of burgers & it didnt state if the burger was a meal or just a burger. Guy that took the order & cc, then went to the cooler & pulled out frozen patties, no gloves. The place was filthy from top to bottom. I wanted to leave without food & dispute the $22 charge, but my husband wouldn't let me. This is the worst experience I've had in a very long time.
they only had one lady in there working she went above and beyond to make sure I got my food in a timely manner and there drink machine was broke and she helped get me refilled when I need another drink she needs a raise for all the work she was doing
Each time we purchase chicken from the KFC in White House, TN. there is ALWAYS something missing from the order - this afternoon @4:40PM it was the cole slaw. In the past the chicken was either over cooked or undercooked. When you try calling the store number to complain the telephone doesn't ring and eventually hangs up. How are you able to file a complaint with the manager when they apparently unplug the telephone? We have spent our last dollar at this location and will tell everyone we know how bad this store is!!!
Best KFC in the south and we've been everywhere
Do not come to this location. My husband and I arrived at 7:30pm on a Thursday night craving A&W for last two months. When we arrived all doors were locked and only drive thru open. Well unfortunately for my husband and I we are truckers who walked all the way from loved truck stop just to get A&W. Just for lobby to be closed and be humiliated and laughed at by employees because we were standing at door trying if they could at least take our order since we don’t have a car for drive thru.
