I went to this KFC at 4 PM today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I repeated five times to the order taker that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal, yet she still didn’t understand my order. When I got to the window, the attitude from the employee was absolutely unacceptable. I again stated clearly that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal for $25, and she continued acting confused and gave dirty looks to everyone around. Everytime I come here they got a freaking attitude. I just left there and they gossiping about me wanting all flats instead of the wings she gave me. Food alright but everything else is a 0
