Pase una mala experiencia con el agente de seguridad que esta al cierre no quizo que comprara mi cena me dijo que si no tenia carro no podía comprar porque me vio en moto, que discriminante anteriormente yo pasaba a comprar siempre en moto y no habia problemas es muy racista y descriminativo de su parte

My experience at this KFC location was disappointing and upsetting. The customer service was very poor—employees didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I approached the counter, the employee looked at me as if I wasn’t a customer. What made it even more alarming was the contrast in how I was treated. Another Spanish customer walked in, and the employee quickly jumped to her order and got her served much faster. This difference in treatment was heart breaking and left me concerned.
