All of the negative reviews about this place is true. I paid for a large fry and got the amount of a small fry. The fries were also ice cold. Terrible location. Do not go here

This location has made me not want kfc anymore. If its within 3 hours of closing, you get nothing but cold, old, soggy chicken tenders. If you order through grubhub or another service, they never give you the sauce packets you ask for. You may also be missing an item as simple as a biscuit. I have never been more disappointed in a simple fast food service.

Went to this location today around 8:00pm and asked for the “bucket for one,” an item featured in a large photo on their drive-thru menu. The employee didn’t know what I was talking about, so they told me to wait while they got a manager. The manager was immediately angry and rude. I asked again for the item that was literally displayed on the menu, and he yelled at me to speak louder—even though I was right next to the microphone. They havent had any ICE for drinks in over a month already dn when you ask to remove the drink, the cost of the food will still be the same. I think they should discount at thos point for the inconvenience.

This is the first time I've stopped here to eat, and I'm disappointed. The service is terrible—the cashiers treat you rudely. I do not recommend coming here. Terrible service.
