First and last time I ordered from W. Washington St location in West Bend. Ordered online and food was supposed to be done at 5:50pm. Was finally done at 6:40pm but only half of my order. They "forgot" the other half.
Was waiting 10 mins for someone to take my order
Gross, overcooked chicken in old oil that was cold, didn’t pack half the order. Everything was cold and so unsatisfying
