We went for fast food and it took over 15 mins to get my chicken pot pie . They said it would take mins. They forgot my order. My husband dinner was all messed up. My kids popcorn ups took 5 mins. That should even take that long. It was dinner time so I don't why they could not keep up when it want busy.
