Chicken was dripping grease and tasted burnt and rancid. Inedible and disgusting.
Went to this KFC for a Chicken Sandwich and it was empty and before leaving I understood why. First they took almost 10 minutes to come to the counter, and they're was no kind of customer service skills, and when my order was ready they just called it out, threw it on the counter and walked away! Inside was a mess, every table was greasy & the floor. Employees were dragging feet / not addressing customers. Chicken was overcooked, and the oil was soooo DIRTY the chicken would blend in the dirt.
Leaky ceiling and we waited over 30 mins for our food and they forgot our fries and took 15 more minutes to get them to us :(
