30 minute wait times on to go food when the restaurant is not busy due to this happening numerous times I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to give me her name. In addition, at this time she became belligerent. This complaint was forwarded to corporate with dates and times of orders. With so many restaurants in our area closing down, I don't understand the lack of customer service.
I'm giving you guys a negative review for not paying attention. I clearly said all dark meat please for the 4 piece chicken but you gave me breast and wings for the other 2. I would have understand if you tell me that you can't fulfill that request, instead of ignoring it!
