Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. Meal was not warm. Wasn't busy we were the only ones in there at that time.
They didnt make our sandwiches right and didnt even offer to make new ones The manager didnt even come out of the office the asst manager was not a nice person either . The service sucked !!
We've repeatedly had issues with this KFC. First was an in person order. I watched a worker drop food on the floor. She scooped it up in her gloved hands....then attempted to start our order with the SAME GLOVES ON!! I had to say something. I've ordered online twice where I've ordered two buckets of chicken only to get there and be given one. Tonight I reluctantly ordered again.....and was once again shorted the amount of chicken I paid for. This place is the absolute worst and manager is awful. Tried again tonight 5/20/26..... read more
Ordered plain wings, was told they had none, we'd have to wait, served us hot spicy wings. When brought to the attention of staff she said, That's just how they are." Gravy on my chicken fried steak was disgusting texture, no flavor, ressembling paste. Biscuit was gooey in the middle. Don't waste your $ here! If I could give a negative 5, I would.
