The young lady at the counter was very friendly. Unfortunately my chicken and fries were super salty and difficult to eat because of it

Placed an order on line for food to pick up to deliver to friends. Our county was under level 2 snow emergency. I called to cancel my order as soon as they opened. I was told that we could not cancel our order. I explained that we could not get there because of the roads. Was still told that they could not cancel the order. Finally the manager said she instructed the workers not to fill my order. I asked about a refund ($44.00 and change) and she told me I had to contact their corporate for a refund!! HELP...
Biscuits we bought were stale. We bought pot pies for dinner and my husband bit into a piece of hard gristle that hurt his tooth , when he bit down. Luckily, there was only pain and no harm done. Sadly, their quality has declined while prices have continued to increase.
