I'm not sure why I bother trying to get kfc anymore. Maybe it's the nostalgia of going every week with my grams but lordy is it not the same. Use to try sidney's and they literally never have chicken. No matter the time or day. I thought it was a local problem but here I am giving kfc another chance, at urbana. And guess what.....no chicken. "Full hold" aka 25 mins lol on top of the wait in line I already waited. 8pcs of chicken That's it. Why am I even surprised? Its just not worth the frustration anymore.

We ordered the 12 hot and spicy wings with coupon and they didn't carry anymore very dissipointed
The atmosphere at this location was phenomenal. The workers were friendly and my food came out very quickly and fresh. The store manager, Markeeta Brown, was so inviting and was telling me a bit about their operations. Markeetas got things running smoothly in Urbana! I’ll definitely be coming back.
