I gave very specific instructions for my 16-piece order (exact parts and Original vs. Crispy). What I received was completely different. It felt like my order was ignored. For a large order like this, accuracy should be basic customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Rude staff, poor service
Dude. KFC. $7.19 for this? You have got to be kidding me. That is a tiny 5” paper plate in the picture. Their tenders used to be 2x the size even 1-2 years ago, and much less expensive. Biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy were excellent.
