I used to be a regular at this KFC and it was really good overall... but over the years it has gone from real good to real bad. It's very obvious that the problem is the staff not being managed properly. Makes me think that whoever owns this franchise location must be using it as a tax write off?
This was the worst service I've ever gotten. If I was a manager, I'd fire the staff straight up, no buts about it. The customer service is absolutely atrocious.
Got two Spicy Chicken Sandwichs with fries the chicken was about the thickness and texture of a cardboard box dry way over cooked cover in a heavy batter. Could not bite into them then tryed to cut with steak knife and almost could not cut it . will not return here.
Super great employees two of them today and unfortunately there was a rude guest another patron treating the assistant manager horrible. I'm here to say I had a great experience and both employees today 6-29 were fab and tried being nice to the unfortunate rude gentleman. He told the assistant manager she was to comfortable in her job which I think she was great . So thank you and ignore the rude guy. Sandy :)
