Went through the drive through for the chicken meal. Had to return due to my chicken not being cooked all the way. The drive thru employee was very nice and apologized. He gave me another piece of chicken that was cooked all the way through. Thank you.
Sadly with these you can't just give all zeros cause this was by far the worst ever service I've ever had at a KFC and if I was col sanders I'd shut this one down and fire the entire staff. Came in to order with my friend. There was someone ordering on the kiosk. Rude and Unprofessional
This is the worst KFC in Toledo Ohio I have found rubber plastic things in my coast law and then they don't answer their phone, they leave it busy all day long, or they take it off the hook, they don't answer it for 2 days. I was trying to call because they gave me some three piece chicken meal.And one of the pieces of the meat was not even edible, or you can even understand what it even was.
