The only thing that was decent out of our meal was the L side of coleslaw. You guys gave us a whole 12pc bucket w L side Mac L Cole slaw and our biscuits, and everything was just warm like it sat on a warmer for an hour, the Mac was half full and shaped into the bowl like it sat for like I said an hour. Not fresh at all. Thanks. $40 could have went elsewhere :/
Sometimes we catch ourselves only passing bad reviews so I felt I need to shine some light on positive attitudes as well. Tamia I believe was her name, was very patient while I searched between me and my lady which would be the best bangfor our buck. Stayed polite and not trying to rush us as if the 8 hr shift didnt consist of taking multiples of orders throughout the day. Well again thank that young lady.
It really is the best KFC in toledo. I live in Kentucky and this location makes better food than the KFC locations in Kentucky. Food was very flavorful and tasted great!
If I could give this place a negative number I would! This is atrocious! Ordered 5 piece tender with mac 'n cheese, and wedges!!! Soggy tenders inedible, hard wedges not crispy but HARD, no sauce when asked, and an additude at the window!! The taste was gross and I spit it out! I'm not even calling this time! I'm fed up! I've tried numerous times to give benefit of the doubt and i'm sticking with a doubt! Improvements needed all around end of story! Do better or close this location!
