Food is always great. Staff? They're OK. You have to remind them of your sides and they still forget. Overall: I love KFC.
Food is good. Getting a little pricey. But they do have daily specials if you happen to be there on the right day.
Did an online order with the app, KFC took my money, and gave my food to someone other than the person picking it up. They never answered the phone, or responded on the app. Im trying for a refund from my bank. Never again.
