Found hair in my burger then they didnt even wrap it all the way and still put it in the bag half open then the chicken was not fresh like it was sitting there for awhile

Service was great. Rolled through today about 5:15 and got my usual kfc bowl. It was made properly if not lacking on the amount of chicken. I thought maybe it was just me having hungry eyes until my boy opened up his box of food. The disappointment, the utter betrayal on his face. He thought I was messing with him. Then we pulled out the thigh and what do you know...It came from tiniest chicken known to man as well lol. I should give 2 stars for the chuckle I got. The service is always an issue here. Always. Been here 6 times and every single time there's some type of problem. There's always something wrong with the order. I had placed an order there and they tried to send me to another location saying it was over there. I went inside and talked to the manager and said I was right.

Management sucks and is very unprofessional . I ordered a meal that is advertised four pc which is one of each pc. Only to get all dark for 15$. Once I realized that I requested a refund and was told that they couldn’t refund me my money . The Gm told me his name was Richard that was a lie and he’s not any better . Very unprofessional and unfit to be a general manager. Patrica is an manager as well and I ask her the name of the Gm and she said she can’t say.
