Kinda ridiculous, to say open at 10am but when a customer pulls up at almost 11 doors are locked and no sign posted
Ordered my food through the drive thru. My ordered included a biscuit but I specifically asked for a biscuit and butter and honey. The lady told me that they no longer gave out butter because they butter the biscuits now. So I received my meal with no biscuit and several packs of honey. Tried to call and their phone has been disconnected.
The staff & Manager Adam were cheerful, helpful, & patient even though I was tired and just having a lot of day that afternoon. Customer service like that is unfortunately becoming more rare so it was refreshing to get it at an otherwise standard franchise place when I needed it on a busy day!
This place is CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE. Food is awful, service is terrible. Currently waiting over 30 min for food, meanwhile the employees are laughing and horsing around. NOBODY is getting their food. They should just shut this slipshod down.
