Doors were locked,guy inside said drive thru if you want food. So we left with nothing.
Waited in the drive thru for over 25 min and nothing, they moved one car.
So I ordered a couple sandwiches and sides to reach the $15 order requirements to get an 8 piece for free, I applied the code and checked out. I go to pick up my food and the manager refused to give me my bucket or a refund and then straight walked away from me while I was still talking. This is supposed to be the "come back" deal and I did come back, but NEVER have I been so disrespected by a manager at any food joint anywhere!!! This is beyond bad....DO BETTER and get better staff.
The place is disgusting. The food is mediocre, at best. They are ALWAYS out of some type of chicken, wait is always a minimum of 15-25 minutes! No matter what time of day you come in. I understand during rushes — but in the middle of the afternoon!!? There’s no reason for them to be nearly completely out of chicken. And when we did wait and finally received our food, it was somehow room temp!? Not quite cold, but certainly not the ‘fresh’ and ‘hot’ chicken we waited for. :/ Very unsatisfied. We will not be back. The website still says all you can eat but the buffet is permanently closed. The lobby says it’s open but they tell me I have to go through the drive through. Everyone is moving slow like they don’t want to be here and don’t care about speedy service.
