Orders always take FOREVER no matter the day or time. Grease everywhere. Saw a dead roach in the drink machine.
If I could leave a half a star, I would. We ordered online to pick up. We arrived when it said it was ready and was met with rudeness stating they were closed for maintenance and couldn't get the online ordering turned off. They were unwilling/unable to refund our money. Instead they suggested we call the north location to see if they could fulfill our order or call their 800 number. This was the worst experience ever . I paid for 12 piece family meal of extra crispy greenbeans potato's and Mac and cheese. I got home to discover we got like 6 chicken and was not extracrispy and it was old and cold no greenbeans at all everything was so old . This store needs checked by the health department late at night it's foul .
Was drive thru only and card only but the service and food was great! Chicken was cooked just right. They did forget the gravy but it was okay.
