I usually don't take the time to write a review, unless a place straight up drops the ball. Why has corporate haven't done anything about this KFC? Literally the last 3 times I've came here in the last year and a half, its been terrible and rude service. This last time was the last straw. Welp...I gave KFC another shot. I already had low expectations going in, but at least thought I might actually get some food. Went at 1:30pm on a Saturday and the place was dead. One customer standing at the counter talking to a cashier and one employee sitting at a table eating. I washed my hands and when I came out the cashier headed to the back. I am not big on giving companies bad review but this is not the first time I have gotten a bad service. Third time, just never reviewed until now. I get it, it's late, everyone is tired, and probably had customers who were not nice. However, people don't have to share that energy back. I glad my kid gets their food but I didn't get mine... This place is hit or miss. Usually a miss. Every time I think they are getting it right, I'm wrong. Got a bucket on a Tuesday and the chicken was bland at best. Extra crispy. I think I'm finally gunna throw in the towel.
