Placed a very simple order through uber eats. The chicken meals were both missing their sides and then was unable to contact the store to speak to someone about it. The national customer service was no help either. The receipt says your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by blank. That sounds about right.
Most disgusting food ever and customer service is no better.
Pulled up at the drive thru, was told to come inside. Before coming in I witnessed one employee outside smoking weed. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes after the person in front of me left. 10 minutes after being ignored I left with intention of never coming back.
This KFC is closer to our home but we always end up having to drive to High Point because this location (Thomasville) is out of chicken! How can you be out of chicken? It’s a chicken restaurant! Now the last two times, the drive thru wasn’t open, although she told us that from a working drive thru speaker. Why have a drive thru if you don’t use it???? Asleep at the wheel? There’s a reason why there are hardly any decent reviews that are less than a year old . It has been a running joke with my girlfriend if they’ll actually have chicken some other issue… well that said they never disappoint because 4 out of the last 5 times we have ended up having to drive to High Point or Lexington.
