The last four times I have gone to this location they have not had what I wanted. How can you be a chicken place and not have chicken ready to sell, asking customer to wait five to ten minutes while it cooks is ridiculous. Offering to switch my order and then tell me they would have it ready in 10 minutes. Worse is when I get the order it tase like it was cooked in burnt grease. No flavor just burnt.
