Why does this location always have the most unprofessional staff. Terrible customer service. Im convinced youre hiring your cousins. Hire good help with people with good energy that want to work. Its bad enough the location is run down, then bad atmosphere with customer service too. This pkace needs a revamp

Their chickens sting my mouth because they always use dirty oil. They also consistently miss pieces and items from my order. My son insisted on trying them again, so I ordered today and was disappointed once more.
