This is definitely my go to place for chicken. The staff is super friendly and the chicken is almost always fresh.
This location was short on personnel. Only a total of two people working. The two did a great job trying to serve all the people on an early Sunday afternoon. They kept a great attitude and provided the best service possible. They did not fold under the pressure of impatience unhappy customers. I tip my hat to them. I understood their situation and I gave them praise for a job well done.
Waited over 30 minutes , Had to ask for a refund employee was rude when i ask him why it was taking to long. This place is understaffed
Surprise AZ location. I was told to pull around to wait for the chicken for the Famous Bowl. Employee then brought my bag of food to my car parked in front of restaurant. When I opened the bag at home all the food was there except for the chicken that I pulled around and had to wait for. Almost comical, how this location ALWAYS forgets a portion of the order. So frustrating that as a customer we have to pull everything out of the bag in the car, in order to verify everything is there before driving away.
They have went down hill since they opened. Service is slow, average wait time is 20-25 minutes to get food. Employees are nice but but always seemed to be overwhelmed. It's really hot in dinning room to sit and eat. And chicken last few times I've visited taste like they need to change there oil. I hope in the future they will work on there issues but for now I will drive the 5 Miles farther to get my fried chicken.
