Employee openly complained that I ordered food at 10am when they opened.
Never have food available and they make you wait 30 mins to say oh hey we don’t have popcorn chicken can you take strips instead . Why did I need to wait to be told I would have left . Food is cold and disgusting . I should have learned after the last time but no one here cares the employees look high half the time and have no customer service skills .
I am constantly updating my post for this location. While the quality of the food has improved, getting the order right is not good. I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken, it was good, but I got a 6oz serving instead of the bucket. I will say this, I live 20 minutes away and didn't realize my order was wrong until I got home. I only ordered 4 sauces to go with it but realized there were 15 different sauces in the bag. That's probably why I didn't notice the weight difference when I took the bag.
