Went here for the first time place smelled of sewage inside not good, was waiting for someone to take my order it seems the person on the cash register was doing everything taking orders serving food and going outside to hand people from drive thru their food. there was a girl there which I think was the manager on her phone oblivious to her work. I used the app to order and picked up when it was time. Walked in and it smelled absolutely awful like a sewage problem. Then they couldn't give me all of what I ordered because they were out of certain chicken. This is the only kfc next to me so this was disappointing
I have been here several times recently and the experience has been good. The people running it got my order correct each time and the food quality was very good. Good enough that I will keep coming back.
I like the food however they need to pay more attention to orders. I have went through the drive through before and they have screwed up my order. The only reason I still go is the food. Please fix this issue management.
