This is the worst KFC on the planet. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through, I finally went in and they handed me my food in disgust. What a depressing experience. They also didn’t give me my entire order.
Worst chicken sandwich I have ever consumed. Very small DASH of mayo and chicken was extremely hard. Heard employee use a racial slur when out of view.
My husband and I just went through drive-thru in order to fill up boxes we actually haven't been to a KFC in a very long time we're kind of surprised by these new Philip boxes once we got through the drive-thru we realized there was no pastry We turned around and called back up there to make sure that it was included The lady who answered said she was a manager and then when I explained the situation she hung up on me. What has become of KFC in the last handful of years? It used to be soooo good and so nice. Now, the prices are through the roof and the customer service sucks. This one is especially heinous. Would not recommend. You can go right up the street to several other chicken places that are much nicer and cheaper with great food. I was a DM for retail stores for years and you need to fix your stores KFC. Unacceptable. K-Mac - I'm looking at you.
