Stopped in and ordered 3 famous bowls, drove all the way from Medina 15 miles away. Got home with it and the chicken was old and way over cooked. Brought it back and the manager Linda didn't say more than one word, didn't look at the food or anything. Just asked if it was cash or card. There was no one cooking which definitely shows me that they're using old food with terrible quality.

Just awful service, all the workers was outside smoking and texting on their phone and looked very irritated that ppl were driving up for service, unfriendly and gave no receipt. Chicken was soggy and looked like water was poured over it..I'll never spend my money there again!
Well had a bad experience and almost stolen from by the employees here due to not letting us know that they didn't have chocolate chips cakes when we paid for it. Then when we asked about our cake the employees was rude and said I don't know why everyone orders the chocolate chip cakes when we don't have them to another employee and would not have been a issue if they would have told us instead of letting us ask about it after we got done eating and they was walking by us multiple times acking like they knew we order that ca... read more
I know the N. Highland location takes longer than they should, but at least its a cleanER store with good food. If I were the SM/GM I'd be ashamed of myself for fostering this.
