This location would not let you order at the counter. They said you had to use the kiosk. I had to help 5 other people because they did not know how to use the kiosk plus it was very hard to maneuver even though I knew how to use it. I was happy to help these people but what if I hadn’t been there. These were older people and would not have had anyone to help them. That just tells me this KFC doesn’t care about their customers.
All I can say is I feel sorry for the owner because the service is awful. I tried to get a bucket of chicken and I was told they didn’t have eight pieces of chicken ready the smell of weed in the air. I just changed my mind and went home and ate a sandwich
Employees have terrible customer service. Try to ask questions and instead of answering, revert you to kiosk. Seems like they don't know their menu. Had 2 orders, asked if that was it and instead of yes or no answer, attitude. Then told I can't help you didn't get what you ordered. When in all reality I did, employee didn't want to take time to confirm order. Poorest customer service I've received in a LONG time. This location is as bad as Bolivar, TN
Do NOT waste your time or money!!! We waited for over 35 mins for a mobile order we had placed on line.
On April 17, 2025 around 3:30 pm, my mother, nephew, & I went in to order food. We waited at the front counter & it was empty so we went to the kiosks in the lobby to order. My 7 year old nephew (who is also autistic & it was a big step for him to come inside to place his order) was putting his order in the kiosk, then an employee came running around the counter & he was screaming at us to get out & said we had to leave & that the lobby was closed.
