Great service
First, the second drive thru was open, so I drove in. No one would answer so I went inside. Very slow service. Ordered an 8 piece regular mac and cheese and coleslaw. Got home to find chicken so burned it was black and definately crispy. Couldn't tell if it was ever original recipe. Also, had mashed potatoes and gravy.....cold.
Visited at lunch and no one came to the counter. Floors and tables were filthy. Trash was left on the tables. We ordered at the kiosk and got our food about 15 minutes later. The order was correct, the food was hot and satisfactory. However, we did see many customers come in and eventually leave after being ignored. There are other KFC’s in Jackson. Avoid this location if you can.
