The staff are completely unmotivated, the manager doesn’t know what he is doing. We waited about 40 minutes in the lobby, along with probably 15 other people for food. We were told the drive thru is prioritized as they are timed and everyone else waits. All orders were handed out wrong, after sitting on a table for at least 10 minutes.when we asked to speak to a manager the employees and manager laughed about it. Asked for sauce with chicken popcorns, there was Indian staff on the till , she told me you have to pay extra for a sauce . She was too rude

Nice service
The fries were thrown in the bag upside down and spilt everywhere. The chicken burger top bun was present but not on top of the burger. The "loaded" fries had no sauce on them and were only half full. I was reminded of why I haven't eaten there in a very long time and won't be returning.
