Repaired my parents roof. Phil does very good and efficient work.
These guys are awesome! They were prompt, incredibly professional, very thorough, pleasant to talk with were to the point. I haven't actually picked anyone to fix my roof yet, but after dealing with some of these other roofing companies I really wanted to give these guys a good word for everything they have done so far.
I am reviewing Phil after 1.5 years following a major renovation of our home was completed. We experienced 3 roof leaks so far...from the brand new roof (where we discovered the metal sheets were not secured, or any foam installed underneath) You would think a roofer would have this done expertly, but no. Leaks around the toilet and no attempt to use clean flooring and seal properly before completing the bathroom. No plumber for any of the inside plumbing completed, including the kitchen sink-which is still prone to leaks...... read more
Did an excellent job on our roof, very clean and respectable. And was the lowest bid we had!
With all the good reviews, I suppose Phillip does good work, especially since he uses money from other jobs to complete those aledged happy customers reviewing here. Buyer beware. Although the work may be good, this company has stolen thousands of dollars from unsuspecting new clients. Lost his license for some reason Nov 2024 and recently regained. Don't think for a minute you're protected by a contractor "bond"/ insurance , whatever that is, only protects the company with zero regard for the consumer.
