Business wouldn’t be running and opening their doors without customers and clients. Honestly, I’m not happy with the service, the girls on admin are not professional enough to handle and follow up with the customers. Checking a few time when my membership is expired. One week earlier, I attempted calling the receptionist and confirmed cancellation of my membership. To find out an email sent automatically renewal. I recently signed up to the Move Your Body Challenge and it has been a huge eye opener for me! Before starting the challenge, I had a good understanding about certain foods to eat and avoid but I never really took the time to work out the calories they had. Kadijeh was excellent at explaining macro and micro foods and how certain foods, despite being healthy can still be high in calories and can quickly use up your total daily intake. Absolutely love this all women’s gym! It’s clean, welcoming, and has amazing facilities. The staff are super friendly and supportive. I always feel comfortable and motivated here. Great classes, great energy!!! 🫶🏽
i love how helpful the trainers are, they are ever so caring. The coaches are like your friends they help out with our mental health and physical health. LOVE THE STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES! love training legs! highly recommend the lower body strength class
I’ve been training at KF for nearly a year now and it’s been amazing. The amazing admin ladies have always been accommodating to any request I’ve had. The beautiful trainers there have supported me through multiple injuries and other conditions I’ve faced during this time and I’ve never felt so seen, they have been able to adapt exercises and have been so patient with me! This community is amazing and it’s made me fall back in love with exercise.
