I love reformer pilates at KF FITNESS! I love the class flow, the music the vibe! I just dont like training my arms it burns!!! Overall coach KF is amazing shed helped me build my core strength
I love attending this gym. Im doing reformer Pilates and love it. The instructors are amazing and sooo supportive of you . Love the differing teaching styles of each instructor. Girl power !! Xx
I absolutely love KF Fitness! It’s an all-girl gym with such a welcoming and empowering atmosphere. The coaches are amazing – they’re knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about your progress. The workouts are always engaging and effective. I’ve seen incredible improvements in my fitness journey. The space is clean, well-equipped, and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend KF Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive environment to reach their fitness goals!!!
This place is a good gym and so nice and I love the name and the workers are so kind
Best affordable Female gym, with Coaches that are down to earth and have a great sense of Humour. Love how all classes are available on whichever package you purchase. Love Step class and Cycle class has such motivation for a great cardio burn workout. Cannot forget the Reformer Pilates studio, absolute best and most affordable in whole of Melbourne.
