Wish does come true - KF Fitness - A gorgeous fitness studio which helps you just not in strength training but takes care of your flexibility through some great reformer classes baked in their weekly schedule. Business wouldn’t be running and opening their doors without customers and clients. Honestly, I’m not happy with the service, the girls on admin are not professional enough to handle and follow up with the customers. Checking a few time when my membership is expired. One week earlier, I attempted calling the receptionist and confirmed cancellation of my membership. To find out an email sent automatically renewal. I recently signed up to the Move Your Body Challenge and it has been a huge eye opener for me! Before starting the challenge, I had a good understanding about certain foods to eat and avoid but I never really took the time to work out the calories they had. Kadijeh was excellent at explaining macro and micro foods and how certain foods, despite being healthy can still be high in calories and can quickly use up your total daily intake.
