Please be careful concerning the monthly statement these people send to you. They will charge you for services that did not exist. I think they are experiencing a bad time in the veterinary business. Be careful..check your statement for false charges that did not exist.
They don't really care about the animals!! I knew my cat needed steroids from day one of her getting sick but they wanted to try other meds.. Twice I paid for other meds, other services.. Then almost 3 months later they're ready to try the steriods AFTER and only AFTER I pay another $129.00. They also wouldn't charge less or knock off the office visit.. (Because she has been going there over 2 months for the same problem that they could not or maybe would not use the right medication the first time to cure her).. They wanted... read more
