These folks are a joke! I went there for a second opinion and they chose not to see me based on my profession. This was after I drove a hour to their office, waited over an hour, then was placed in an exam room. The PA then told they need to reschedule because she did not feel comfortable doing the first assessment. Then I was told Dr Patel refused to see me as well. This Dr is the best & nicest Neurologist I have ever been to! And there have been MANY over the span of 20+ years! Very knowledgeable of my condition (trigeminal neuralgia). Usually Dr's just want you to listen & do what they tell u to do because "they know best". Dr. Patel actually listens, takes time to address all my concerns, & is generally a very kind person! You're not just a number to him. I wish I would have found him a along time ago, except he probably would have just been a kid back then! ☺️🤭 Highly Recommended.
Nothing against Dr. Patel, but the front office staff I dislike. I am getting turned away from medical care because I have a balance on my account. I work in a Doctors Office and we NEVER turn people away that need medical care if they have a balance due or in collections. I asked to put a message into the doctor to see if he has any suggestions for another Neuro doctor an I have some questions about the medication that he writes for me and re: other things.
