This time around, the team was excellent—the doctor and nurses were outstanding. My previous visit had been an awful experience, but yesterday was completely different. The care I received was exactly how a hospital should be run. The staff’s professionalism and empathy reminded me why I wanted to become a nurse in the first place. I believe the other shift could truly learn from the example set by this team.
