Dr. Thakar is an excellent doctor. He took his time and explained all the details clearly to me. His staff is excellent as well.
I was struggling with weakness and chronic fatigue for years due to low ferritin of 15 (an absolute iron deficiency without anemia) and no one addressed my symptoms except Dr. Thakar! He treated me based on my symptoms and not just blood result numbers. He is amazing. He listened and gave me infusion asap. Within next day i felt so much better. I couldn’t believe the difference! Thank you Dr. Thakar and Northwell! You were there for me when no one else was.
