Requested a quote from them. I work as an internal IT MSP. The rep was TERRIBLE. Very rude. Does not understand corporate hierarchy or what an MSP is LOL. He kept saying I am a reseller haha. 🤦♂️ Sooooooo dumb.... I am INTERNAL IT staff dude.... So ridiculous. If you want to be disrespected and want to waste your time, this is the company for you. You have been warned.
They told us at the end of last year that they couldn't provide services for our machines anymore. They told us that we would have to cancel or buy new machines. So management chose to cancel. They are still billing us for services they openly cannot provide until May of next year, because they don't seem to consider their own failure to provide services as a breach of contract. That's an interesting bit of company culture that people should probably know about before doing business with them.
Horrible product with even worse support. They catch you in a service contract then don't live up to their end.
Joe Derossi the rep is a horrible person, he sold us a machine that holds 240 keys, but only gave us 100 key tags. Each key tag is $8.44! Also ANY ISSUE with the machine if you don't have maintenance you have to pay almost $200 per hour. Imagine the lease is for 5 years and you get only 1 year included maintenance. Even if the system goes down they will not fix it unless you pay them about $1500 per year maintenance. Many other companies, avoid this one at all costs.
