I have never been treating with such unprofessionalism in my life. I established a flood policy through this agent and the payment was supposed to be sent to them from my title company. Apparently the payment was lost in the mail and never recvd. I got a notice from this agent stating that policy will be cancelled due to the payment not bein recvd after the cancellation date. Keystone has the lowest insurance rates I have ever found. Paying less is certainly wonderful but the fact that these low rates are combined with incredible customer service make this agency a real find. George is available, kind and knowledgeable. It is such a pleasure to work with him.
