As of yesterday, Mac Shack will not be reopening in Athens. Despite only eating the Oreo Pies (those were delicious btw), this place was always a great stop and never let me down during my time at OU so far. It's a shame to see it go, however they definitely left their mark here during their time.
The food is good but pricey. They aren’t open during the summer.
It's closed during the summer, I wanted to try it while all of the college kids were gone, but I guess they dont like locals
Great service. Although I am convinved it’s just microwaved. If you want airplane food aka mac n cheese for 15 dollars (insnane$ price)have at it
